Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. At this point your order status will be updated to "complete" and you can track your package by visiting Order-tracking and providing the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Modifying Your Order

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, our main customer base is located in North America and the United Kingdom. If you need delivery to other regions, just reach out to us! We'll prioritize your needs and ensure your satisfaction.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your orders typically arrive within 7-14 days, but here's the kicker for our US customers: Come June 2024, our New York warehouse will be up and running, cutting delivery times down to just 3-7 days.

30-Day Return
